Use this page to start a verified request to delete your KaziTasks account and associated personal data.

What happens when you request deletion?

  1. We verify that the request belongs to the account holder.
  2. The request is queued for review and account data is removed or anonymised as appropriate.
  3. Information that must be retained for an active payment, escrow, dispute, fraud/security matter, accounting, tax, court or regulatory obligation may be kept only for the required purpose and period.
  4. Once deletion is completed, the former account is no longer maintained as an active KaziTasks marketplace profile.

We will email a confirmation link if the address belongs to a KaziTasks account.
